This is a popular autumn event of Kyoto to enjoy the wonderful autumn day in Nijo Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Three tea master schools of Urasenke, Omotesenke and Yabuuchike will attend respectively each day for the tea ceremony.

2) Wednesday, November 1, and

3) Friday, November 3.

Time: 9:30am-3:oopm

Venue: Nijo Castle

Access: Kyoto City Bus #9, 50, 12 or Subway Tozai Line "Nijojo-mae"

Fee: 2,500 yen (including two servings of tea bowls in the tea ceremony, light meal and entry to the castle)
