About the dispatch of interpreters service
To help overseas travelers make their stay in Kyoto more fulfilling, the staff of Kyoto Karasuma Gojo Information Center can provide you with information about the best routes and schedules for your destination, introduce you to cultural experience activities and facilities, show you the best places to do your shopping for souvenirs, etc.
※Our interpreters are not guides. They accompany you where you want to go.
Kyoto Karasuma Gojo Information Center can introduce you to recommended routes, sightseeing spots, cultural experiences facilities, restaurants, etc. If you wish to go to places where a prior reservation is needed, you will need to make the reservation yourself.
※We do not provide interpretation services for business negotiations, conference interpretation or simultaneous interpretation.

Half-day (4h) 20,000yen
Full day (8h) 35,000yen
※All prices are displayed without tax.
※The fees of our interpreters' trips from and back to Yumeyakata are included in the prices.
Other fees
※The transportation fees, admission fees, facility entrance fees (including those for the interpreter) are at your expense.
※The expenses (including the interpreter's) in restaurants and cafes are at your expense.
■About the meeting pointIf you want the interpreter to join you at a specific place, the interpreter's taxi fees (from Yumeyakata to the meeting point) are at your expense.
※The interpretation service starts when the interpreter leaves Yumeyakata and lasts until the interpretation service is finished.

※If you fail to contact us until the day before the reservation day, we automatically cancel your reservation.
※If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us the day before at the latest.
※The Kyoto Karasuma Gojo Information Center being closed for New Year's holidays from December 31 until January 3 included, we cannot take your reservation during that period.
