Gion Festival special tour with former Maiko
A special tour of the Gion Festival will be held with Mr. Beniko, a former maiko, as a guide while listening to how to enjoy the Gion Festival and his knowledge.

Tour content
An original tour by Mr. Akiko, who is proud of being a Gion Matsuri otaku. High-level content that makes enthusiasts groan as well as those who are new to Gion Matsuri. The story of Ms. Akiko's Maiko era also pops out. Please feel free to join us as a couple or family, even if you are alone. We offer two tours, "pre-festival" and "post-festival". Various benefits are available for those who participate in the tour.
Yukata rental included
A great tour that includes yukata rental (dressing) . The original yukata only for Yumeyakata is popular. After the tour, you can freely enjoy the Gion Festival in yukata all day long. There is also a sales plan.

A conchikitin hayashi that can be heard from all over the city. A float higher than the building that suddenly appears on the main street! It is a summer tradition that makes Kyoto the hottest part of the year. We planned the tour not only for stalls but also for the interesting customs of Gion Matsuri, the deep history and the story of the halberd.

Former Maiko Beniko-sensei
Ms. Akiko is a former Maiko from Kyoto. A Gion Festival specialist who loved Gion Matsuri and also lived in Naginataboko. Let's enjoy the Gion Festival more in a yukata while listening to the story of the halberd from Mr. Akiko!

Comes with an admission ticket for Iwatoyama, which is said to have revealed the Japanese myth that Amaterasu Omikami appears when Amaterasu Omikami is opened. In addition, you can also talk from the public interest incorporated foundation "Iwatoyama Preservation Society". The float tour will be more fun! We also sell floats and stamps.
The story of each float, which is a post-festival where you can experience the original Gion festival more moistly than the pre-festival, is also unique and interesting. There aren't many people, so there are plenty of opportunities to take pictures that look great on Instagram! Since you can see the floats in person, you can fully enjoy the atmosphere of the Gion Festival.
